Since 2014, the international film Festival of children's and youth cinema "Clouds" has been a bright event where children and teenagers could demonstrate their talents and skills in creating animation and feature films.
The festival includes not only screenings of the best works of the participants, but also master classes where children learned how to create their own cartoons and feature films.
The master classes were conducted by professionals in the field of cinema, who shared their knowledge and experience with young talents.
At the festival, voting is conducted by two groups of juries: a children's jury consisting of festival participants and a professional jury.
In 2025, the Clouds Festival will be held in Zhemchuzhina DOL, Yevpatoria, Aivazovsky DOL, Feodosia and the New Generation private children's camp in Perm Krai.
