About festival
Every Film Begins with a Dream
Since 2014, the Oblaka International Children's and Youth Film Festival has been a vibrant platform where children and teenagers from Russia and around the world can showcase their talents and skills in creating animated, documentary, and live-action films.
Workshops
The festival features not only screenings of the participants' best films but also hands-on workshops, where children learn how to create their own animated and live-action films.
The workshops are led by film industry professionals who share their knowledge and experience with young aspiring filmmakers.
Jury
The festival winners are selected by two judging panels: the Children's Jury, made up of the festival participants, and a Professional Jury composed of experts from the film industry. In 2025, the Oblaka International Children's and Youth Film Festival will take place at Zhemchuzhina Children's Recreation Camp in Yevpatoria, Aivazovsky Children's Recreation Camp in Feodosia, and the Novoye Pokoleniye private children's camp in Perm Krai.
